The Photographic Works are printed in a high-quality laboratory in Germany on request and shipped directly to the delivery address. The price of each work already includes shipping and customs costs.

DELIVERY TIMES

We understand that as a customer you expect to receive your order as soon as possible, which is why we work to deliver your order as quickly as possible, with delivery times specified on the website. In order to know when your order is shipped, we recommend that you keep an eye on your email inbox. We will send you a shipping confirmation for your order indicating the estimated delivery date. On weekends or holidays, shipments will be processed on the next business day.

How does the shipment work and what to do if I feel absent at home on the day of delivery?

A first delivery will be made to the shipping address indicated and in the event that you are absent at the time of delivery, the courier will try to leave a notice in the mailbox. It is not always possible to leave a note, since sometimes the courier cannot access the portal or housing compound. After this first delivery attempt, the delegation that distributes your area will try to contact you to arrange a second delivery. If in the second delivery you are also absent, the order will remain in the delegation of your area so that you can pick it up at the agency.

How can I track my shipment?

You can track your shipment using the link that you will find in the email that confirms the shipment of your order.

What happens if my delivery address is incorrect?

We recommend that you review the indicated address before placing your order to ensure that the data is correct and complete, since it is not possible to change the address once the shipment has already been made without generating an additional shipping cost. If you detect any incorrect information, please contact us as soon as possible at photoart@emilioferrerfotos.com . This management can also increase the delay in delivery between 24 and 48 hours more. Don’t forget to check all the fields well before finalizing the order!

Non-working days in our logistics center. On these days orders are not prepared, therefore orders are delayed on the next business day. We apologize for the inconveniences. January: days 1 and 6. RETURNS

Since they are expressly commissioned works of art in the laboratory according to your request, returns are not accepted. Returns will only be accepted if the Photographic Work purchased does not meet the specifications that appear on the web.

The works have a special packaging of maximum protection that prevents them from being damaged during transport.

GENERAL WARRANTY FOR ALL PRODUCTS

Only the same user who purchased them may return the works if they do not meet the specifications on the website. The return period is 14 days after receipt of the Photographic Work.

Unless proven otherwise, it will be understood that the products are compliant provided that they meet all the requirements expressed below:

  • 1.-That they conform to the description made by the seller and have the qualities of the product that the seller has presented to the consumer and user on the website.
  • 2.-That they are suitable for the uses to which products of the same type are ordinarily intended.
  • 3.-That they present the usual quality and benefits of a product of the same type that the consumer and user can reasonably expect, taking into account the nature of the product.

In the event that it does not comply with any of these general guarantee regulations, the work will be replaced by the correct one, not for the refund of the amount, and EMILIO FERRER will bear the shipping costs after receiving, analyzing the work and accepting that it does not meets the specifications listed on the web.
